5 Day Intensive Plastering Course - £559.00
Day 1
The intensive 5 day plastering course will teach you how to board and skim walls and ceilings. Broadly similar to the three day course but with extra walls and ceilings to plaster and the opportunity to tackle the “big wall”. Practice makes perfect!
- Introduction.
- Explanation of tool usage.
- Cut and fix plasterboard to ceiling, walls and window reveals.
- Also cut and fix corner beads to door and window reveals.
- Scrim all joints on walls and ceilings ready for plastering.
- Skim ceiling.
- Questions and Answers.
Day 2
- Brief recap of day 1.
- Skim over plasterboard walls.
- Explanation of plastering products on the market and their uses.
Day 3
- Quick Q&A session regarding any queries from previous two days.
- PVA ceiling and then re-skim.
- Learn how to patch holes in plasterboard walls and ceilings.
- Questions and answers. Special attention in particular to any projects that you will be undertaking or thinking of undertaking in the near future.
Day 4
- More plastering and new skills practicing.
- Practise on walls and ceilings again and again!
Day 5
- Lots more plastering practise.
- Explanation of coving.
- Also explanation of “dot and dab” and skimming over Artex ceilings.
- In addition going over anything you are unsure about.
- Final Question and Answer session.
This Intensive 5 day plastering course is ideal for learning the skills and gaining the confidence to do those DIY jobs at home, whether you are a DIYer, Renovator or self-builder!
HOW TO BOOK
A 10% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 2 weeks before the course commences unless prior arrangements are made.

Once you fill in the booking form and confirm your chosen dates, you can choose to pay the 10% deposit using your debit or credit card through Stripe or pay through PayPal to secure your place on the selected course.
WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD DATES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
After your deposit is paid, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment.It will also give you details of how and when to pay the remaining balance for your course.
The balance can be paid anytime up to 14 days before your course starts.
